Drum Cleaner
The Drum cleaner is a rotary triple deck arrangement equipment wherein the whole chilies or turmeric fingers are fed and the material are passed through three screens to ensure removal of dust particles, small stones and other impurities which are of small size and weight than that of material. It also has a dust collection arrangement to trap all the dust particles inside the chamber ensuring dust free operation. Chili De-stoning System
The Chili De-stoning system consists of Cascading hopper (Zig-zag classifier), cyclone separator with pneumatic conveying system, rotary air lock valve and dust collection unit. This ensures removal of stones and other contaminations which are heavier in weight than that of chili. Inspection Belt Conveyor
The Inspection Belt conveyor is a horizontal belt conveyor wherein the impurities which are of same or bigger size than turmeric fingers will be removed manually.

This machine is used to remove partially eaten, immature and broken seeds to ensure maximum quality of the final product. This machine is suitable for grains, pulses, millets, coffee beans, peanuts, etc.
